Cam + I are back to paleo eating and bikram yoga! Huzzah! I better get familiar with my coconut flour before Christmas rolls around... I absolutely love baking, so I'll need some new recipes to keep me busy! One of my dear friends, Joanna is also joining the Wednesday Weigh In! She will not be eating paleo, but will be using Bikram Yoga. Here's our starting stats, and week 1 will be up next week!

Throwing a halloween get together, but costumes are optional? Why not dress in the colours of the season instead! For halloween this year Cam + I probably wont be in costume, but I definitely will have something special picked out for dinner / drinks / get togethers that weekend. Expect major updates for November! Not only will I be celebrating my 25th birthday, but we are getting Cam up to speed on our DSLR and will begin our outfit post section (finally)! Are you dressing up for Halloween this year? Cam + I haven't locked down our plans yet, or even decided if we want to make all the effort into dressing up this year. I spent over $100 on a pre-made costume last year, and regretted it after only spending an hour or two out. If I do end up going out, salvation army will be my first stop for ideas! I own a couple pairs of rainboots given that I live in one of the rainiest (if not the rainiest) cities in Canada. Sometimes I opt to buy boots + spray them down with waterproofing, but it doesn't always work in our downpours! Do you go for the classic style rainboot, or something more "fashionable"?

Thank you, readers, for staying with us through our random hiatus' over the past few months. In truth I was dealing with legal + health obstacles from a car accident last year, but thanks to my lawyer a deal has been made, and I can finally afford to move on with my healing! This means more time to focus on my blog as well, and finally open up our long awaited shop! We're busy busy bees this fall, and I am loving it!
